FRK POWER timing belts are predominantly CR and HNBR timing belts.
CR timing belts have the following advantages:
·Good thermo-tolerance: can be used in the working environment at 120 ℃ for a long time.
·Good aging-resistance: excellent ozone resistance performance.
·Good chemical stability: can resist corrosion of common chemicals except acid with strong oxidizing property.
·Both flame and water resistance are good.
CR timing belts, which provide comprehensive performance and excellent performance-price ratios, are widely applied to automotive transmission belts, especially those of small-displacement cars.
HNBR timing belts offer even better performance:
·Extremely good oil-resistance: HNBR has extremely low expansibility and higher oil resistance.
·Good durability: the dynamic characteristics of the HNBR timing belt are better than those of the CR timing belt, so the former naturally is the preferred transmission belt of middle and top-grade automobiles.
·Excellent abrasion performance: the abrasion value of the HNBR timing belt is less than that of the CR timing belt which acts to extend the belts life and reduce noise pollution.
Tooth shapes of FRK POWER's timing belts are mainly ZA, ZB, MR, RHD, RU, ZLB, RHDN STPD, RS, RPP, ZAS, ZBS, Y, YU8M, S8M, G8M (skewed tooth) and HM.
